Pippa’s passion for all things horse eventually took over and she spent some time working for a horse feed company before joining JB Promotions.

Pippa has a flair for creating eye-catching editorial and press releases to gain clients the exposure they are looking for in both regional and national publications. Building client relationships and strong connections with journalists is key to getting the clients messages across and is an area that Pippa particularly enjoys.

Living on a working farm with her husband and two young children keeps Pippa busy, when she is not at work she can be found driving tractors, feeding animals as well as looking after her string of horses and ponies. Niamh Allen

Originally from Scotland, Niamh joined the team in January 2018. She graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2016 after studying International Equine and Agricultural Business Management. Having joined the team at JBP with an interest in journalism and writing, which was born from her work placement with Redpin publishing. This meant Niamh was keen to get her pen to paper or fingers to keyboard once again and she certainly has had some great features to keep her busy.

Niamh has previously worked in the media centre for events such as Horse of the Year Show and the British Showjumping National Championships, writing press releases, organising interviews and generating content for social media posts.

After relocating to Somerset, Niamh has been reunited with her Hanoverian mare and best friend Nina who she describes as ‘has talent, lacks direction’, the pair of them hope to compete in Senior Newcomers classes. When Niamh isn’t out competing she also enjoys hockey and yoga.

Charlotte Goodby

Charlotte is admittedly obsessed with social media, there aren’t many things that go unmissed on her radar. Whether it be planning, creating content or implementing advertising, she’s got it covered when it comes to online platforms. Taking a great interest in audience’s reactions and perceptions, Charlotte adapts content to suit the online audience and its requirements to create the best possible engagement rates whilst incorporating client’s branding and tone of voice.

In between jumping from Facebook to Twitter and back again, Charlotte can be found organising. Managing the shipments of items such as branding banners, embroidery rugs and breeches, competition prizes to buying champagne and organising luxurious 5* accommodation for the team on event! Having worked on an array of previous accounts such as Helly Hansen, Garmin and Chatham, this has enabled Charlotte to gain a concrete understanding of the fundamental aspects of PR and the day to day aspects of account management.

Another JBP graduate from the Royal Agricultural University, Charlotte has horses of her own and although doesn’t compete she can be regularly found at an event, point to point or racing, never too far from a horse perfecting her spectator skills, absorbing as much trivial information as possible!
